In order to optimize the use of space on this compact urban campus, the former convent/academic building at Ursuline Academy has been transformed into a vibrant and active new Student Life Center, Fusco Hall. The renovation preserves the building's historic features in a contemporary, technologically-advanced learning environment, with strategic and sensitive additions to improve the overall layout. The final project includes expanded spaces for student gathering and collaboration, library, dining, visual and performing arts and general classrooms, as well as a new campus chapel and added space to bring the school administration back onto campus.

This is the first phase in a series of projects resulting from the master plan we completed for the school.
