Beebe Healthcare’s Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Suite was expanded to provide a new Cath Lab Procedure Room and support spaces for the staff. The project was broken down into 4 phases to remain fully operational throughout construction. A large obstacle was coordinating the power unit that fed one of the existing cath labs that sat in the middle of our main construction zone. In addition to the third cath lab procedure room and support spaces, we provided a new, larger staff locker space and break room space within the suite and relocated the large Soil Room function to allow a more direct entry vestibule from the waiting room to the patient post-op space for patient’s families.
