This new 1,000-student middle school, constructed concurrently with the connected 1,600 student high school on the new Fairview Campus in Odessa, complete the master plan developed in 2009 by our team for the first K-12 public school campus in the State. The building design celebrates the State of Delaware’s classic Georgian building style, while incorporating modern touches to achieve a cohesive building landscape.

Encouraging students from different grade levels to work collaboratively, spaces shared with the new, connected Odessa High School include the Media Center, an 820-seat Performing Arts Center, a 100-seat Black Box Studio Theater, as well as shared mechanical spaces and kitchen/support areas. State-of-the-art STEM, Agriculture, and Business classrooms introduce pathways that students can explore both in middle school and as they embark on their high school career on the same campus.
