A substantial part of ABHA's experience has been providing services for municipal, public safety and social service departments. We have worked with fire departments, non-profits, private businesses as well as local and state governments on projects ranging from the new Cecil County Administration Building to the renovation of a home in Wilmington to serve the needs of homeless women in Wilmington.
